In October 2014, ARX Solutions retained the services of Levy Public Relations to launch and promote its newest service: ArXperience 3D. Arx Solutions is the leading architectural visualization firm in Florida and one of the top firms in the nation, having worked with over 2,000 clients in its 18 year history on a local, national and international level. Currently, approximately half of all new preconstruction projects in the Miami area had a rendering by ArX Solutions. Today, the award-winning firm has offices in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Miami, Florida, and representatives in New York City, New York, and Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ArXperience 3D is a high end, ultra-high tech real estate marketing tool that allows developers and brokers to showcase pre-construction developments and individual units to potential buyers with an interactive presentation that resembles reality. Users can then participate in a one-of-a-kind encounter with a space as if they were physically there. The ArXperience 3D solution is best presented on a double screen 4K curved TV and is compatible with the Oculus Rift for a total immersion experience. This is the first time the virtual reality headset is being used as an instrument to market real estate. The device’s tracking technology allows for users to look around their surroundings in the virtual world just as they would in real life by turning their head, creating an intuitive experience. The depth, scale and wide field of view achieved by using the ArXperience 3D technology on this platform creates an extraordinarily realistic experience. Gonzalo Navarro and Nicolas Michael, two of the three partners of ArX Solutions, were in charge in presenting the ArXperience 3D to journalists and potential clients. Through an intriguing teaser campaign Levy Public Relations secured meetings with The Real Deal, CNN Money, Gizmodo, CNET Reviews,  New York Observer, Real Estate Weekly, Forbes, Inman News, Fast Company and the New York Times. Following our New York launch, we prepared for our local (South Florida) and international (Latin American) launch at the first annual South Florida Real Deal Estate Showcase & Forum in Miami on October 23, 2014. Over 4,000 attendees – media, brokers and developers –were present at the event and were part of the launch of the ArXperience 3D. To date, the ArXperience 3D has been featured in Fast Company, Forbes, Real Estate Weekly, The Real Deal, Brickell Magazine, South Florida Business Journal, La Nación (Argentina), Obras (Mexico), The Miami Herald, among others.
