In February 2012, Property Markets Group retained Levy Public Relations & Events to spearhead their marketing efforts in South Florida. Their long-term goal was to create awareness in the South Florida market and throughout Latin America of the brand, PMG and to position Kevin Maloney as a reputable developer in the South Florida marketplace. With over 20 years of dedication toward residential and hospitality development, Property Markets Group is a multi billion dollar organization with over 80 completed projects between New York, Florida, Illinois, South Carolina and the Caribbean. Property Markets Group dedicates itself to providing excellence in first-rate development including astounding unique amenities, cutting edge technologies and premium finishes throughout each residence. The PMG experience is seamless and distinct. Current developments being marketed by Property Markets Group are 10 Sullivan, 111 West 57th Street, Walker Tower, Stella Residences, Muse Sunny Isles, Echo Brickell, Echo Aventura,  Sage Hollywood Beach- to name a few. Levy Public Relations & Events started by downloading and understanding the client, Property Markets Group, its principals, vision, history and goals. We then were able to define the brand as an uber luxury development organization with a unique concept in marketing their residential towers and ultimately their ability to provide the consumer with a one of a kind living experience. Headed by CEO Kevin Maloney and managed by a group of intellectuals and experienced young principals the brand offers not only the best in finished product but also distinctive technologies. As their firm we then created interest in the local, national and international sector about the group and its capabilities. Our goal was to create a strategy that could be used for the current developments being marketed in 2012 and then be carried on to other developments by PMG. We facilitated different profiles of the different developments to key brokers, media and partners so that the PMG brand was well recognized. We defined and highlighted the “PMG Standard” from technologies and product. Events were created that highlighted these attributes with niche consumer markets and broker markets. The results that we have received in the media since being retained have helped elevate the PMG brand and provide them relationships in key markets for selling their product like China, Florida, New York, Peru, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and Venezuela.
